HELLO, I'AM FILLIN FOR MY HUSBAND. HE 3 YEARS AGO WAS GIVEN AN EMPLOYMENT CARD WHICH EXPIRED ALREADY AND THAT CASE WAS CLOSED. NOW THAT I'AM FILING FOR HIM IN THE APPLICATION I-130 C10: WHERE THEY ASK FOR AN ALIEN # IF ANY DO I NEED TO PUT THE # HE PREVIOUSLY HAD IN THE OTHER CASE EVEN THOUGH ITS EXPIRED ALREADY?

Yes this is still his alien number. The A# doesn't expire eventhough the EAD expired.
