F1 spouse in USA already?

YES! He's just finished MS!

not immediatly, it will take more than 2 years and she cannot stay ilegally in the country. the only way it is less time would be if you were a USC, then it could take 6 months or less. but when a LPR files for spouse there is period of waiting. It used to be more than 4 years.
