I-130 Transfer Notice?

5 posts in this topic

Recommended Posts

I have already sent in my I-130 packet and am now putting together the I-129F packet as per the instructions on the guides section of visajourney. What I am confused about is what is the I-130 Transfer Notice and where do I get it? Thank you!

To be honest, don't bother with the I-129F.... K-3's have essentially become procedurally obsolete since February

YMMV

Yay, the I-129F will be administratively closed when it arrives at NVC, if it travels with the I-130. MOST travel with the I-130.
