On February 17, 2010, we transferred this case I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location for processing and sent you a notice explaining this action. Please follow any instructions provided on the notice. We will notify you by mail when a decision is made. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

I think it's an AOS "touch" -- can you confirm?

You just got the message and the case was transfered in February? Wow! That is a long time to wait for them to send the update. At this point I would have expected them to be transferring back to your local office. If that is the case, you may have an interview after all or you may not. I have seen others get transfered back to the local office and be approved shortly thereafter. Good luck!

We have sent my AOS in february 2010, I was approved on june, 3rd 2010 ... but I know 3 other couples that they have applied at the same time like me ... and they are still waiting for the green card approval, so don't worry.

My case was transfered on Feb 24, and my husband and I are still waiting as well. I find it to be reassuring that there are others going through the same thing, to know that Im not alone, and to go to for advice to stay strong and on what to do. Thanks to all for your help!

I believe that a touch would be if your date under "last updated" or "updates" has changed since your case has been transfered. For example my case was transfered on Feb 24 and my case was updated on March 4th. If that makes sense?

My application was submitted last October, and it was transferred to CSC in December. And I just received an approval letter so,
