Hello everybody,

Congratulation for couple that get date interview in Agost.

I have a question: How I get information on: when our packet is will send to embassy?

Our case was closed June 29 and NVC give information on my interview is for September but they dont say date exactly. Thank so much and bless

Not sure if its any different for your Embassy but:

My CC was June 10... and I just checked the AVR...

It says my package was forwarded to the Sydney Consulate on July 20... so it took them just a little while... haha

I would expect more as well, however this isn't the only "visa support" site, so it's possible that other sites have a larger number of members with August interviews. What makes me think this is that I'm told US Embassy in Japan is *very* busy with immigration interviews during July, August and September and my wife is the only Japan interview on the list for August.

Just a thought.

yaeh i wish i could see a larger world view of every app from the whole country and world. what we see on the site is just a small percent!!

i wonder what countries have the most people coming in??

Hello everybody,

I called and called and called the AVR hoping to hear that our case had been sent on to Jordan.

I emailed the embassy who told me they did not have anything for August yet.

And FINALLY... on the 22nd, the AVR changed to say it was sent on the 21st. It was almost a month after we got the date.

I am only guessing, but I think they won't mail the September interviews out to the embassies until mid August.

I was just organizing my interview papers and just found out there is some problem on my husband's 2009 tax paper!it needs to be corrected and it seems like I cant carry his 2009 tax paper during my interview!is that a problem?I can carry his 2009 W2's during my interview!any suggestion regarding this ??

I'm starting to get all nervous but excited...

I can't wait to be able to report back on my interview to give us family visas an idea :rofl:

Awww, the consulate emailed me and asked if they can move my appointment to 11am.

I guess I'll do the nice thing and say yes... at least that means I can enjoy my hotel room all the way up until check out... :dance: :dance:
