The Embassy says that they will contact the Beneficiary K-1 per email once they received the package. My question is; how could they know the Beneficiary's email address since i dont think we put it on I-129F package that we submit to USCIS. They only require phone number and address of the Beneficiary. I worry so much about it, since my fiancee's address seem out of post office reach. She never received all the mail that i sent to hers. So the only way for her to have the info from Embassy is only by email and phone while they didnt ask about it on I-129F package. Please help.

There was a place for me (the petitioner) to put my email address?

Yes it is, but not for the Beneficiary.

Yes it is, but not for the Beneficiary.

When I called the NVC to see if our petition had arrived and to get the new Embassy case number, they asked for my fiancee's email address. I think the Embassy/Consulate assumes they will have the email address from the NVC, although in the end, they did not email my fiancee, they mailed her a letter with a web address telling her to download packet 3 from their web site.

Good luck.

What? It means they will send the letter to her address? Disaster!!! Even she didnt receive my airmail before. Something wrong with her postal system. OMG. Anyway, thank you for the info.

Look to the consulate website for information on the consulate part of the process

Topics regarding the I-134 and consulate part of the process are best posted in the US Embassy and Consulate Discussion as indicated in the forum description.

with us, the petitioner called the USEM to check if they have received our package..

when they had confirmed it they asked my fiance to tell them my email address.

they sent us the appointment confirmation receipt.

but i dont have the letter (hard copy) of the notification from the USEM that they have my package already.

we didn't wait for that since we have read here on VJ that we dont have to wait for the letter.. we just have to call USEM on an estimated time basing on the time that they might receive our package from NVC.
