They schedule about three weeks out. If there are not a lot of people in line in front of you and the local ASC is not busy then the biometrics notice will come sooner... If the ASC is busy then it takes longer. They have only so many slots, when your number comes up they will schedule in the next available day

YMMV

What was the date of your NOAs?

It's only been a couple of weeks. Not time to panic yet by any means.

I received the 3NOA1s on the 14th of June 2010.And yet cant still access it on the website

Ok thanks very much,I guess that may be the case, cos there are some applicants here that I sent my package before them, they received theirs already.

Does delay in Biometric affect the speed and time frame of the process.Let say I submitted mine before and later somebody submitted his,and he had his biometric before me with a two weeks of differences. We that person has interview before me based on fact that he had his biometric before me.Please let me know

there is only one thing you need to know: there is no rule!

each case is different and timelines are just "similar". One can have it's case going super fast and others super slow with RFEs etc... it depends on so many things that it's impossible to tell for sure how many time the process is going to take.

Just be patient and you'll see.

Don't let this bother you, the system is known for being unreliable. Our I485 never showed up until after we were approved at interview.
