360 isn't so bad now the warranty is so good over the Red Ring of Death (ours went out just the other day, in fact) but considering the PS3 games are generally better made (except for Tekken, that looks worse!), you can play BluRay and play online for free... the PS3 is definitely the better machine now.

I am always reminding DH not to swear playing games, he is not used to losing so when he plays online at Tekken he gets really mad. Mind you, I let a few fly the other day when I lost fighting a big monster in Final Fantasy XIII - had his health right down to a few hit points, it had taken me about an hour. It still hurts, the time wasted lol

Specially with Netflix you can even get some HD quality on some of the movies if your internet access is over 3MBPS.

Kids learn fast, they learn by examples so you should always watch what you do and say around them.

I would go with the Playstation... we have the PS2 and we like it..

I think someone already mentioned it but with the PS3 you can watch Netflix with it... :thumbs:

You can watch Netflix on the Wii also.

I'm sorry. I meant you can stream Netflix on XBox360 as well as on the PS3....not to mention the Wii as well. All of them had internet capability. :)

All of them have internet capability for Netlix but keep in mind if using the Wii only goes up to 480P, compare to watching HD movies at 720P on the PS3.

There are more games available - and since you can stream Netflix, the Blue Ray on PS3 doesn't seem as important - I can't remember the last time I put in a DVD rather than just picked what I wanted to watch from the Netflix menu.

And I think you can say "Quit" to a child without treating them like a dog...so I abstained from voting.
