09/29/2010: I-864 AOS review fee ($88) online payment

09/30/2010: I-864 AOS status 'PAID', AOS package mailed out

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package delivery

10/15/2010: I-864 AOS package completion

09/29/2010: DS-3032 Choice Of Agent emailed to NVC

10/06/2010: DS-230 IV fee ($404) online payment

10/07/2010: DS-230 IV status 'PAID', IV package mailed out

10/12/2010: DS-230 IV package delivery

10/12/2010?: DS-230 IV package completion

10/12/2010: NVC completion due to APPROVAL OF EXPEDITE REQUEST

10/15/2010: Received by Consulate

10/19/2010: MEDICAL EXAM

Since you sent the originals to the IRS you only have copies - right!

You have two options:

1) Get IRS transcripts

2) Send copies of your complete tax returns including w2's and all schedules filed (this happens to the the route I'm taking)

12/23/2010 Biometrics (Buffalo, NY)

1/7/2013 Mailed I-751 package

1/14/2013 I-751 NOA (VSC)

2/07/2013 Biometrics (Buffalo, NY)

Its easy to just request tax transcipt for the last 3 years.Its free and they'll mail it to you in 10-15 business days.Here's their # 18008291040.Just follow the voice prompt.

04-16-11:USCIS lost our I485 forms thus received EAD rejection notice

04-18-11: mailed AOS packet AGAIN

04-19-11:AOS packet received by S. Bush

04-29-11: NOA1 hardcopies for I485 and I765 received :)

05-12-11:Successful walk in biometrics

05-25-11:email notification received stating interview on 6/24

05-27-11:hardcopy for interview received

06-24-11:done with interview.no approval yet

06-25-11: received EAD card

06-29-11:email received AOS approved and green card is on its way! yay! :)

All of your tax returns copies, lol. Even if it looks like it's freshly printed.

You can send the transcripts and the tax returns. Or you can just send the transcripts. If you send the tax returns makes sure you include all the W2, 1099-T, 1099-DIV, or any other forms that goes with your years tax return.

14-JAN-2017 -:- N400 form NOA1 on hand through USPS

30-JAN-2017 -:- N400 fingerprint taken

01-FEB-2017 -:- N400 interview schedule process started

you can send in photocopies of your copies.

or request transcripts.

transcripts are best to do because you use a LOT less paper. and you can request multiple copies of each statement so you don't have to photocopy anything. if you have time do the transcripts

make sure it's state and fed returns :)

you don't need the state returns. just federal.

i only sent in federal.
