yup - search 'NVC supervisor sue' here , using the search tool, should bring up some mini 'how-to' for what other people have done.

At what point do you make this request ???? I am still calling everyday to get an NVC case number and it still hasnt shown up ... Do I have to go through all the steps first , and then once everything is paid and all papers are at NVC ie. I864 and so forth ??

Sorry, I've been plane-hopping and tossing about with time-zone changes.

Lets see - when to ask for the expedite at NVC.....

Once you get that NVC Case # from the AVR - then ya call in to NVC, give email addresses, etc etc, wait a bit.

In yer email inbox, in a few days - you'll receive (the petitioner) -

The AOS FEE BILL and a barcoded-DS-3032.

Once ya got the FEE bill in yer email -

is great indication that NVC is 'ready' to start processing yer stuff,

and it's at 'that moment' that you should hunt down 'PL SuperVisor Sue' via telephone - talk with her about the expedite.

Quick question cause I though I would ask here rather then opening another thread ..

At what point do we send in the notarized letter from step sons Birth father giving permission for him to come to the US ...when we send I864 or the other form DS302 or something like that ...

****** UPDATE *******

So now we have a NVC# as of the 14th ...Gave our respecting emails address to the NVC Operator and now waiting for the DS-3032 package .... Though we did use the Template and already emailed in ...may have been a bit premature on that but were hoping they may accept it , if not we will resend again when we actually get the email ..

Other news is we got a letter from my state senator Harry Reid and he assigned someone here in the local office to help with our case ....They emailed us on Monday to say the were going to notify the USCIS , I wrote back saying that the I130 had already been approved and our petition is at the NVC and asked if they could help to expedite the case ...A return email from them said they would and I called the NVC and they confirmed that the Senators office already submitted a request to expedite and it was sent to the Embassy in Manila ...

I am hoping that this will move fast , we are actually leaving the states for 30 days in Sept but have all of our packages and information ready to go in case my BF has to mail things in while we are gone ....Our Formal table has post it notes and everything laid out in the order they must go ...we will have full communication through phone and computer to keep things smooth ....even have every file paper and everything converted on lap top in case we need to reprint ...

Okay some more information ,

Today I called the AVR and still same ole message , so towards the end of the work day I called and talked to an operator , asked said operator how come we havent got any notice on the DS-3032.... They said it takes 4 to 6 weeks , but then he said it wont matter as your case is going to bypass the NVC and go straight thru to the Embassy ....(confused) What ??? Huh ???? I asked if this had to do with the expedite request that was put in by the Senators office ...His reply , Apparently so .....

Darnell , have you ever heard of this ?? We have paid no AOS fee or IV fee ...Please tell me you have heard of this before ...is this good or bad ????

NVC Tele-0perators not so swift, rarely give you specifics, even with a computer screen in front of them.

When you call back (today-ish?) ask for supervisor. They have a higher-level of computer access, can 'see more' and know how to scroll on the pages.

Called NVC this morning and just as the operator said , the AVR confirmed the case has been complete and transferred to the Embassy in Manila ....Again , has anyone ever heard of this on an expedite ?? We have no notices to pay AOS or the other Fees... any information would be greatly appreciated ..

Just a Brief update .... got the interview scheduled for Sept 17th and I am Happy to say my stepson is here in Vegas with us as of this past Tuesday ...Thanks everyone for the world of information ...
