AOS interview evidence of relationship

Hi there,

I have a few questions about the evidence we are expected to bring to the AOS interview.

When my husband and I filed our I-130 we included a bunch of evidence of our relationship

including affidavits from relatives, photos, letters, bank statements with joint accounts, etc..

Will the person interviewing us have all of our previous evidence or should we bring new

copies of everything?

We forgot to make copies of the affidavits, should I ask for new ones from relatives?

One more thing, if we bring originals of things that are difficult to photocopy (like wedding

cards, letters of correspondence between us, albums/scrapbooks) will we be expected to leave the

originals or can we take them back with us?

Its best to have the originals to everything that you submitted as evidence.

Removal of Conditions (9 months 1 1/2 weeks or 285 days)

04/08/12 - Eligibility date

04/19/12 - Sent ROC Package

04/26/12 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

05/17/10 - Biometrics letter

05/24/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

01/25/13 - APPROVED- ROC card production ordered

02/05/13 - 10 YEAR Green Card received

Naturalization (5 months 2 days or 155 days)

04/15/13 - Eligibility date

06/07/13 - Sent Package

06/20/13 - Hardcopy NOAs Received

06/27/12 - Successful Walk-in Biometrics in Dover DE

07/05/13 - Interview letter sent/In-line notification

08/14/13 - Interview scheduled in Philly @ 1:30 pm APPROVED

11/07/13 - Oath Ceremony

In addition, I would bring updated items. Such as we submitted a letter from our bank saying we had a joint account ect... so I got them to write a new one, as well as my husband's boss. I brought along newer pay stubs, newer photos ect..

I also brought cards, letters ect.. (just original). He looked at them, but never kept them. I can't see that they would anyways!

06/26/09 - Mailed package to Chicago Lockbox!

07/07/09 - NOA's Arrive for AP, AOS & EAD [dated 07/01/09]

07/17/09 - Biometrics Completed [ Completed in 17 Days ]

08/12/09 - EAD APPROVED! Card Ordered! [Approved in 47 Days]

08/20/09 - Interview notice arrived dated 08/18/09 - Sept 24th/09

08/21/09 - Got EAD Card in the mail!! :D

09/24/09 - Interview Date: 9:00am - APPROVED

10/03/09 -Received GC!!!!!

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval : 86 Days

ROC:

04/01/11 - Preparing for ROC currently

06/27/11 - ROC Mailed!

07/02/11 - NOA1 Arrived [dated 06/30/11]

07/13/11 - Biometrics letter arrived [08/01/11]

10/31/11 - Final Approval!

11/04/11 - Received new card today.

Total Days from NOA1 to Approval: 125 Days

Next Step will be citizenship in June 2012!
