Hi All

You have probally seen my previous postings on this forum, I am here in US on L1 visa 2 years, but married to USC 3 years. We sent the complete AOS package in April, including employment autourization and have received all correct NOA's on the 27th April. However still no Biometric appointment.

NOA's dated 26th April.

I called customer services at 30 days, to explain, they gave me a ticket number, and I also sent a letter as well confirming that NO biometrics appointment received.

I guess thats all I can do right ?

Do you think 36 days is ok, or do I need to do something else.

many thanks all - appreciated.

You sent the I-130 too right?

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to "Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas" as you are adjusting from a L1 visa and the prior forum is for K1, K2, K3 & K4**

Call the customer service again, and they should be able to send a service request since its out of 30 days after the NOA; and you will get a confirmation number for that, and you should get the letter in mail by next Friday.

Otherwise, make an infopass to go to your local USCIS office, they can request the service too.

Biometrics appointments have been slow in arriving lately. For the past couple of months, it seems the average wait for biometrics appointments has been 5weeks. It took me 7 weeks to get mine so give it another week then make an infopass.

All comments appreciated, I will give it another week or so, however, when it comes to booking the info pass, not too sure which option to tick....see cut and paste below from infopass page on website....

1. Case Processing Appointment - If you received a notice to go to your local office for further case processing..... NOT APPLICABLE FOR ME

2. EAD inquiry appointment - If your I-765 employment authorization application has been pending for more than 90 days..... IT HAS NOT BEEN 90 DAYS

3. Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment. I RAISED A TICKET 10 DAYS AGO.

As you can see, I am in limbo when it comes to the above, I guess I could tick option 3, its nearly been 45 days since NOA recieved. What do you think all?

Thanks everyone

Hi all! I filed my AOS package May, 27. On June, 7 they got my docs, but I still haven't got my biometrics appointment :( I tried to call customer service, they accepted my request and yesterday I received a letter from them, saying that my case was suspended because I haven't submitted my biometrics!!!! So, I don't know what to think about that... I haven't got any letter from USCIS scheduling my appointment, but my case isn't processing because they are waiting for my biometrics... I don't know what to do... I scheduled an infopass, but I am not sure whether thus will help.

We haven't changed our address. It's still the same... I got all the NOA from USCIS, so I don't think the problem is my post office, but I will try to find it out. Thanks!!
