Car accident!

Hi to everybody

I had a car accident in feb 4th but nothing bad happened. I crashed with a motorcicle and the guy is ok, no hurt, and he didnt want to go to the pharmacy or hospital or anything. I went to the police here in São Paulo to tell them what happened because i think it was the right thing to do and they wrote it in a paper and i have one copy with me.

This paper tell the history and thats it. the fact is:

- I was not wrong, because i was in a big avenue and the guy came in front of me and poft.

But im afraid of this guy put me on the court telling lies to the police and saying he has a psycologic trauma or something like that just to steal money from me.

I was good with him all the time, but im afraid, he can put me on a justice process and im afraid this will deny my second noa or my visa, i dont know...

What do you guys think about it?

do you think it can be a problem to me if this guy act bad like this???

I couldn't tell from your post- has he actually indicated he will bring you to court or try anything, or is this just something you are nervous about might happen? Either way good luck

I just wanted to say im glad your ok, with no major injuries!!! Thank God for that!! On the rest, you should consult a legal advisor in the country your in to see what will be done.

Going to the police was the right thing to do. It shows you had no bad intentions and that you'd be there if they needed you. If the guy didn't want your help, you did your part. And the police knows it. They probably even have your phone number.... which helps proving you didn't intend to run away or anything.

Good luck and I really don't think something bad is gonna happen to you!

But get in touch with a lawyer (or even go to the same police station you went to before) and explain the situation just to be safe!

Glad no one is hurt. You did all things right I think. We are all in a state of nervousness and stressed and this is the last thing you need like "what else can go wrong?!" sometimes just getting thruough the day is a battle. but I think you will be OK.

Dont worry!!! A guy crashed my car when Marc was with me in Brasil and we went to police to do all the papers too...

Everything was fine, police records are clear... Of course, it was his fault, not mine...

You'll be ok!!!

My dad talked to his dad (that motoF#@$$boy) and they did good business, even im not being wrong they did good business...

Who lives here in São Paulo knows how is life here and how is the traffic (like of the 3rd bigger city of the world ¬¬ ) and motorcicles are tottaly crazy and everyone just dont like them.

But whatever, they did good business and i think he wont take me anywhere, his dad seemed to be a good person and my dad helped me because i was really nervous... thank you, for all of you, the best wishes, and lets worry about things that really worthes.

I worked at Vila Olimpia for 5 years, at Gomes de Carvalho, you know that street??? I live at Chác. Sto Antonio, near Morumbi Shopping, you know?

Afe Vila Olimpia right now you dont know how is full of motoboys and there is 1458/96651145874523 motoboys there.

But i crashed at marginal pinheiros, near the carrefour.

Afe i think i hate that place right now ahahah

São Paulo is really nice and nice³²³²¹³²¹ but this kind of thing here piss me off....

Lisz told me she is living in jardins... its near there too...
