I751 Evidence : Tax Returns, Full or Partial

5 posts in this topic

If submitting copies of tax returns as evidence, should we submit a copy of the full return (all schedules, etc.) or just part, say the 1040 itself.

Thanks,

John

For a copy, you need to provide everything, including the W2s. For tax transcripts that's not needed.

Certainly for the affidavit of support this is true, but that is not what the OP is asking. For the I-751, I submitted only the 1040 top page indicating it was a joint return filed

YMMV
