I-131 Processing Time from USCIS Website

I’m not sure the best forum to post this, but I know I-131 is filed with AOS so maybe there are some people here that can answer this question.

My wife just received her 10 year permanent resident card, and we would like to file form I-131 in order to obtain a re-entry permit. I would like to know what the average processing time is for the re-entry permit.

How long from filing to biometrics appointment?

And how long from filing until re-entry permit is received?

I have tried looking at the USCIS processing times webpage located here: http://dashboard.uscis.gov/index.cfm?formtype=10&office=60&charttype=1

When I read the instructions for the I-131 form, it says I should mail it to the Dallas office, so that is the office I selected on the website. However, it’s not clear to me from the site how long this will take. How do I interpret their charts? Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I'm sorry I don't know the answer.

** moved from moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to General Immigration Related Discussion as this isn't an AOS question specifically, more a general Immigration question**

The only bad part about moving the topic to this forum is that this forum is not read as frequently. It's been 4 days and I don't have a response. I might just repost in a more popular forum, but keep the question more general about how to interpret processing times from USCIS website.

Why don't you use this link and find the office you sent it to: http://www.visajourney.com/content/times - directs you to USCIS egov page with times.
