In this time between your filing and your interview, you should be continuing to amass evidence for her to present at the interview.

Including:

* All phone call records in both directions

* E-mails

* QQ logs

* Snail mail

* Copies of any travel documents from you visiting her

* If you visit, pictures, especially with her family

We succcessfully passed our interview at Guz about 2 months back. I provided an "EOR" letter similar to what you've outlined above, and since I was present in Guangzhou for the interview, I attended the week's American Citizen Hour and had the letter made into a sworn affadavit in front of a consular officer (notarized). During the interview, the interviewing officer examined the affadavit very closely and my fiancee is convinced that is what tipped the scales in our favor. He also looked over our e-mails closely (I had printed out over 100 pages of them).

I think that my presence at the ACH in addition to the letter itself was beneficial. In your case, the fact that you are going through the process a second time could perhaps even be considered "evidence" of the seriousness of your relationship too, though I am sorry you are having to do it!

don't know squat about QQ - but I do know that Yahoo IM has a logging feature.

QQ actually has a great history folder in which you can retrieve all your chats. It even has a search option to plug-in the date. I'm presuming your using the English version of QQ. If so here's how to check it.

When you have her chat screen open. Look at the panel down on the bottom (or just above where you write your text). You will see a series of 6 icons

For Example:

-- the letter 'A' (font settings)

-- A smiley face (emoticons)

-- A small photo (sending photos)

-- A computer display screen (this is a screen capture tool)

-- A page of paper with a blue arrow (sending files)

-- A blue text balloon with a small clock (THIS IS THE MESSAGE HISTORY FOLDER)

Click on the last one I mentioned. This will show all your chat history. At the bottom you have to options to look at past messages.

1) bottom left, you can plug in the date you want to check

-OR-

2) Bottom right you will see page numbers that has arrows to scroll back to previous chats.

The simplest way is just scroll through each page (unless you're looking for a specific message.... then use the date function).

What I did with our stuff... I copied each page from QQ into a word document and just kept adding each page of history in order, (or you can create a PDF document).

Easiest way:

1) Put your curser anywhere in the main chat box... (ctrl+a) = select all / (ctrl+c) = copy.

2) Place curser wherever you want your next line on you word (or PDF) document... (ctrl+v) = paste

or you can do the traditional method of using your mouse to (left click) scroll + highlight all the text / Right click 'copy'.... place curser on the word (PDF) document.... right click.... 'paste'.

Hope this helps make it easier for you.

Sorry for the setback and very best of luck and preparation for the next one.

Ok. I added my time frame are yall able to see it?

I have a Question.

On the I-134. It ask my job. and the amount I make a year.

The thing is. I just got a promotion.

I work at WALMART.

3 months ago I was only a sales clerk. but this last month I got a promotion.

Im now a ZMS manager. Zone manager. My yearly income went up $10,000.

Should I write a letter to show the wage differnce?

And attach the pay stubs.

I just want to be clear that I make enough to support her.

Thanks. Craig

Was your income pre-promotion sufficient? If you were above the required income before, then the promotion should not be an issue.. if it fell short.. get a letter from HR stating your new position and annual wage...

I also have another question. it may be a stupied question. but I think they may ask her at the interview.

well we both decided to wait untel after we are married to first have sex. she is very traditional.

and I belive she is a virgin.

if she tells them we have not? will they deny her Visa.

Once again.this might be a stupid question.

I just want to be prepared for anything.

If you see a 'notary requirement' for the I-134 , in the form itself -

you have a very old version.

Please get a newer version, asap.

There is no 'notarization requirement' for this form, about 2 years now. (maybe 3)
