hi everyone!

We sent our AOS package together with I-765 and I-131 on May 6th but we made a mistake by using A6 eligibility instead of C9 on our I-765 form...Do you think that USCIS are going to send us RFE or is there anyway possible for us to call them and have them change it? Is anyone out there with the same experience? Thanks for the help :)

I thought the category of elegibility determines what address you send the form to. If you sent it to the service center instead of the lockbox, I assume the entire package will be sent back. A common sense assesment having zero to do with government procedures.

I doubt you'll get an RFE for it. I'm sure you're not the first person to do it and I doubt you'll be the last. It's likely they'll just process as normal but whether that's what happens i think you'll just have to wait and see. There's no fixing it unless you get an RFE and if you don't get one, there's no need to fix it :).

Best of luck.
