Hi everyone. I came to states under K1 visa and i am married to USC . We filed I-485 3 months ago but i got denied co'z we filed the wrong form .

We should file I-130 since we got married outside 90 days ... Please i need some advice .Thanks

Touched : 06-26-08

NOA2 : 08/29/08

ApprovaL NVC sent:09/01/08

Arrived @ NCV :09/03/08

called NVC 09/04/08 received case #*

NOA2 hard copy in mail Sept. 6, 2008

LetteR from NVC: Sept. 8, 2008

Left NVC : Sept. 24, 2008 > Arrived Sept. 29th

Medical Oct. : 7/13/2008 passed!

Interview date: Oct. 20,2008 7am ***APPROVED***

Visa delivery : Oct. 23,2008

Arrival in USA : oCt. 29 ,2008 POE Houston, Tx.

Life is good !!

I assume you married your petitioning USC? If not, you cannot file and must leave the US. If SO, then the guide above will help you.

** moved from "Adjustment of Status (Green Card) from Family Based Visas" to "Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas" as you are filing a spousal petition and the prior forum is for Adjustment of Status from K1, K2, K3 & K4**

yes U are right .. if we file I130 and I485 do we need to put all the copies of my Medical records and other evidences .AgAIN?
