Holy Sh*t! I forgot to see what the touch was about....went back to check...card production ordered! Hubby at work....will be waiting at the door with a glass of wine to toast! He's going to be over the moon! Yahoo!!!!!

I do believe the rest of May filers are right around the corner!

Aaaand now we have an RFE...what the heck?? I'm assuming it's probably the same as that_girl. Sigh. I don't know what it could be for, since they've had it this long. If it's medical, he completed that less than a year ago so it's still valid...also shouldn't they have asked for whatever information it is that they need long ago!? It took 4 months to determine that something was missing? Frustration...

No! Oh, that SUCKS.

Did you guys do the follow up vaccinations? Or was everything req'd available in Kenya? My husband had a few things still needed so he did send in a partial completed medical form with our packet. We really really debated on doing that b/c he'd already had the physical. After much research, it seemed this issue was not fully clear by USCIS and different people got different responses if they did not complete another medical (like this vaccination supplementation), EVEN though it states for fiancee visas you do not need to this. Its super confusing. I hope that's not it! And I hope whatever it is, you can resolve it quickly.

Yep, we saw the civil surgeon here (in Ft Worth) and had the vaccination supplement transcribed and Sifa got his last few vaccines here. So we're really at a loss as to what it could possibly be for...guess we just have to be patient and wait & see.

RFE is not only about medical, there are so many things they want but most of the time ,the RFE is not really a problem, I experienced it twice, Hang on there , wait for the letter, it maybe only he Forgot to sign or your Recent W2,/ proof of Address.don't think too much about it, other wise, you have head ache, i believe what they need is with you guys at home. On September 14,2010, We mailed you, Your F-1485/Petition to Adjust Status Document, on the Address On Record, If After 30 days of September 14 , you don't recieved your Card/Document ,pleased call Our Customer Call Hotline.

Hopefully this time is Final . To all May 2010 Filers, Congratulation to all who recieved their GC already ,to all still waiting ,Hang On there & stay Positive, Good Luck to every one. God Bless.

I sent a letter off to our congressman today hoing that maybe he will be able to get our case moving along. It is 3.5 months now and I still haven't even recieved a letter for my bio appt I think that it is even more frustrating that my husband (the USC) wouldn't do this for me!!!

you haven't received your bio appt yet? That's crazy! I hope your senator can help...I've read from numerous people that it does.

Woohooo!!! Congrats!! Another May filer.

You should receive your card before 23rd. I received mine in 7days. You'll surely receive it. You can call USCIS to confirm. I called to ask about my GC on the day it was approved. I asked if it could be expedited, lo and behold it was approved. Just give it a trial.

My Greencard came in the mail today! Now we can look forward to our trip without worrying!

We were approved yesterday and got the email this morning almost exactly 4 month to the day from applying
