I filed AOS package in FEB and am going to the interview with my husband in 2 weeks. Well, the interview notice says that I need to bring the tax transcipts until I already submitted. I did submit it with my AOS package. So I do not need to bring the tax transcripts? The IRS says tax transcripts request may take 10-30 days. There is no way I can get a new tax transcrit before the interview. What is the officer ask me for it even I already submitte it? Is it possibel. I figured I need to bring every original documents with me right?

tax transcripts can be faxed from IRS, same day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

You said the notice said to bring transcripts until (though I assume you meant UNLESS) already submitted and then you said you already DID submit them.. so.. you should have kept a copy of EVERYTHING you sent... do you not have a copy??

Two weeks is plenty of time to get it by mail, mine arrived in less than a week. As Darnell said, they can also fax them same day. I would apply for them just to be safe personally UNLESS you have already submitted them and then you shouldn't have to.. but if you don't have a copy I would apply for another one to be sent just in case they "lost" it.

HAHA I try to mean "unless"! Thanks for pointing out. I will ask them to fax it. Thanks for the info. When I apply the 3 years tax transcript from IRS, I only asked for one copy. Guess I should ask for two.
