to op: u dont have to worry about letter of consent, when u and ur fiancee apply for marriage licence in her municipality there is already a copy of this one, the parents will just sign it...

i remember when i married b4, i am only 21 yrs. old, X is only 23 y/o, me and X went to the municipal then applied for marriage licence then they gave us a form like that, what we did is we gave infos. about our parents then our parents just went to our municipal then they signed..
