Hi..first of all Im Mr.Grey..I am new in processing of K-1..just wanted to get any information how to start the procedure of submitting I-129f. According to some of the people I talked I must file the application I-129f and G-325A Biographic information to USCIS and pay the fees of $455..My question is,, what are the other document that i need to include?

Do I need to include all the affidavit of support or later when they ask to send it? Im kinda confused if I need it to attached in I-129f or later...

Regarding the biographic information...G-325A...do I need to sumbit both me and my foreign fiancee or just my own Biographic info..Pls advice if anyone knows about it..as I wanted to submit application, not sure of the exact way to do..waiting for anyone who can advice. Thanks

Just submit only your fiancee's G-325A, I-129F, $$$ fee, your fiancee's 2x2 pictures, supporting documents of bonafide relationship like pictures,e-mails, call and chat logs etc...

Affidavit of support is not needed yet. Your fiancee must bring AoS during the visa interview..

Just wait for other replies from VJ's..

Rather than re-list everything you'll need - it would be best for you to go over the K-1 Fiancé Guide so you'll understand all that is needed. To give you a better understanding of what happens and about when - you should review (and keep handy) the K-1 Flowchart. A better understanding now, will help you throughout the process later.

You need to submit G-325A for BOTH the Petitioner and Beneficiary. That is in the VJ guides and on the VJ example cover letter AND in the I-129F instructions.

Evidence of relationship is not required at this phase. The only required part at this phase is to provide evidence of meeting at least once in person. The evidence of bonafide relationship will be needed at the interview phase.

OP....as Otto and Karen said ... PLEASE familiarize yourself with the excellent guides and example form here on VJ. They will save you lots of time and will increase your chances for success.

A cople of the early posts (the first 2) are misleading. Start with Otto & Karins and Johnny and you'll get started right.

I129F

G325A (petitioner)

G235A (beneficiary)

letter of intent to marry (petitioner)

letter of intent to marry (beneficiary)

Birth Certificate (Petitoner)

Passport Copy (Petitoner)

Proof of having met in person within the past two years

Proof of ongoing relationship (optional - some recommend it depending on consulate)

Go the the guide section here on VJ and it will answer alot of your questions.
