"THEM" IS PLURAL AND ONE PERSON SAID THAT. I DIDNT GET THAT PART OF APRILS HAVENT BOTHERED TO FILL THE TIMELINE, CUS I SAW MOST OF APRILS HAVE FILLED THEIR TIMELINES THATS HOW WE KNOW 51% HAS BEEN COMPLETED, SO DO NOT GENERALIZE!!!!!!!!! IT IS GOOD TO KNOW THEIR NAMES SO WE KNOW THEY ARE NOT WAITING ANYMORE AND IN MY CASE I AM A MAY EARLIER FILER HAVE A STIMATE WHEN I WILL GET MY NOA2......

Them isn't plural, it is non-gender.

The PRoblem here:" Darnell told me to bug people IF is know to fill there timeline".I wish I have the time to do that. I just too busy for that, I work 7 days/ week, 12 hours/ day. What can I do? DId I forget to Congrat people WHo got Approved? The only thing I said was I BELIEVE in GOD. Is that the problem?

I have learned that patience is a requisite in this process. This is not our beginning, just another step. We originally filed for a K1 in 2008. Everything went smoothly, at least by USCIS standards.. About 3 months

for the NOA2 after we filed, no problems with NVC, However, at the interview, in GUZ. my fiancee was denied. The interview lasted about 4 minutes. This was despite volumes of documentation, pictures, travel docs,

correspondence (more than 600 Emails, money transfers, co-mingled finances, etc.).

The petition was sent back to California for "review and possible revocation". It was allowed to expire there. I had asked for congressional assistance, which I received. They sent me copies of the denial. I cannot

find words to express my appreciation for their efforts on my behalf. I also filed a request for the justification under FOIA. The result was the generic, "Bona Fide Relationship". No specifics, and nothing to rebut.. I am not a lawyer, but this seems to be a adjudication at the consular level without cause. Theoretically, they are prohibited from doing this. Theoretically.

So, we decided to marry in China, and apply for the CR1. Which we did....and here we are. Fair our not, warranted or not, well, it really doesn't matter, because this is their game and they make the rules.

Dave
