My I130 was approved on Apr 5th and still waiting for NOA2 in mail. My NOA1 date is Jan 12th, 2010.

Waiting to call NVC to get the visa number.

01-07-2010 -- Mailed I130

01-12-2010 -- Received the NOA1

01-18-2010 -- Touched

04-02-2010 -- Touched

04-04-2010 -- Touched

04-05-2010 -- Touched

04-05-2010 -- Approved. Received email and text message

04-10-2010 -- Got the NOA2 in the mail

04-16-2010 -- Paid AOS and IV Bill

05-07-2010 -- Mailed DS-230 and I864 package

05-11-2010 -- NVC received the documents

05-18-2010 -- AVR changed to "NVC received the documents on May 17th"

05-26-2010 -- RFE for original marriage and birth certificate

05-27-2010 -- RFE Cover Letter email received from NVC

06-01-2010 -- Sent the RFE response overnight to NVC

06-02-2010 -- NVC received the RFE response - signed by J. Desmond

06-10-2010 -- AVR updated "the documents received on June 2nd"

06-10-2010 -- AVR updated again "Checklist letter response received on June 9th"

06-18-2010 -- SIF

06-21-2010 -- AVR updated to "Case Complete"

06-28-2010 -- Interview date assigned

07-22-2010 -- Medical Test (Passed)

08-05-2010 -- Interview at 8:15AM in Ankara, Turkey APPROVED

08-07-2010 -- Got the visa in hand

08-22-2010 -- POE NY

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

Don't worry. It took 12 days for my NOA2 to arrive by mail after I saw the approval for my I-129f on the internet.

My I130 was approved on Apr 5th and still waiting for NOA2 in mail. My NOA1 date is Jan 12th, 2010.
