Signatures on the following AOS forms

I entered in K1 visa, married and now preparing the following forms for AOS, and followed the guides on how to fill up the said forms. However I want to clarify on how will I sign the said forms.. is it on my married name or my signature on maiden name? This really made me confuse.

G325 form - sample form (the signature part) is in maiden name?

I-485- sample form (signature part) is in Married name?

I-765 sample form on VJ (not indicated)

You want a green card in the married name? Use the married name then.

I was confused by the guides somewhat in this regard too. I finally decided that my wife's legal name is her married name now, and that's what we used. We listed her married name on all the documents. This even included the Philippine custom of dropping her middle name, and taking her maiden last name as her new middle name. We did put her full maiden name on the G-325a where it asks for "All Other Names Used".

She signed all of the forms with her new, married name as well.

Our AOS was approved in 60 days with no RFE or interview.

I signed all the forms in my married name, and put my new married name as my legal name when filling in the forms. Only my last name changed, so in "other names used" I just put my maiden name there.

You have the choice of either keeping your maiden name or using your new married name. Whichever name you will be using legally for everything else... that's the name you will use on all USCIS forms.
