Its a gamble, but maybe your right, maybe waiting for the whole thing and then submitting it all together could have taken later then getting a RFE and submitting it now. Well be sure to go to a civil

i have a problem i cant get ali s birth certificate

because its take 3 to 5 days to process n then sent

my interview is in 4 days

wut do i do??? we r in a totally different state he was born in Pa

did any of you guys bring one?

we dnt have lease together coz we nt together, he is deployed

04/26/2010: I-130, I-485, I-765 package sent

4/29/2010: Package recieved; delivery confirmation USPS :)(Day 1)

5/10/2010 Hard copy NOA's on my son's b-day :)(Day 11)

Oh yeah, don't know if I told you guys but we got the EAD in the mail :).

We went over everything, and I have my binder ready. I ran down the list with my hubby of the NO questions.. He burst out laughing when I asked him if he was a prostitute... God help us!

For my fellow Muslims, tonight it the night of Mercy. Layla Baraah, I will be sure to keep everyone in my prayers tonight. ESPECIALLY those of us going to our interviews!

Hoping this 2nd time around for me is as easy as the first! I am prepared though for the tough questions I am sure I will get.

Good luck to everyone this week! Try not to stress! Our interview was so easy and relaxing! We recieved the Green Card Saturday and my hubby got a job too! We are so blessed and happy to be done for 2 yrs! yay!

03/2010- Got married!

04/22/2010- Filed AOS, I-130, EAD and AP

04/29/2010- Recieved NOA's via text

04/30/10- All 4 hard copies NOA

05/04/2010-All files touched!

05/24/10- Recieved Biometrics appointment 06/16/2010

05/24/10- Walkin Biometrics-DONE!

05/24/10- Expedite EAD request through USCIS

05/25/10-I485 & I765 touched :)

05/25/10- Email from CRIS requesting extra documents for expedite to be faxed

05/25/10- Faxed evidence, including support letter from congressman (28 pages)

05/26/10- Email from CRIS thy recieved and are reviewing expedite evidence

05/26/10- @8:15pm- email that EAD card production ordered!!! AP also approved today! Yay!

05/27/10 I765 & I131 touched!

06/01/10- Recieved our Advance Parole...but where's our EAD card!!!

06/04/10-EAD sent in the mail!!

06/10/2010- AOS Interview letter recieved!! wow! 7/14/2010-oops! hehe

They didn't take mine. Worthless anyways since you get your GC two weeks after interview anyways.
