After I get all my marriage bonafides organized I am going to post a list and a pic for all yall to review for me... I unfortunately dont communicate with my Hubby on the internet soo much.. But, I have 1000's of hours of phone logs showing my number calling his number and the length of the call. Also.. Hubby has about 20 cards that I have snail mailed to him with pictures that my kids have drawn for him... Anyways.. going to get everything together and let yall know...

I really dont have any jitters still today... feeling really cool and calm.. I actually slept the intire night since I have started this process Hubby is going to schedule his medical for the first week in April.. I dont have an exact date yet.. Tonight I am going to buy the plane tickets, I guess the only thing I am worried about is if he will get to fly home with me, and if so, will we be able to sit together on the plane <lol>

Deep, I dont know about you and your case... praying that you get a CC soon so they can squeeze you in for an May interview.. I believe that the Delhi Consulate is the busiest one in India... could be wrong... But I was suprised that my interview is at the end of the month.. works out for me because my SIL is due to have her first baby then, and I am planning on staying in India until after the baby is born

We are in the same boat. If you do video chat, try to screen capture when you talk and print a few of these screen captures out. Also if you use skype/yahoo msg there should be video call log with date and duration. Screen capture these too and print them out too. A good program to use to screen capture is Picasa, but some folks here does't like that. I guess try a few until you found one to your liking. I'm sure i'm missing something, but some of the good folks here can chime in:) The more evidences you have to show that your relationship is bonafide the better!

I'm thinking of using separate folders. In one briefcase type plastic folders.

And marking them as

FINANCIALS -- Updated I-864,

2009 joint taxes,

new employment letter,

joint bank statements,

paystubs etc.

Joint sponsor's paperwork.

PICTURES -- Thin albums that can slide under the window. Around 300 pictures.

BONAFIDE RELATIONSHIP EVIDENCE -- 10 Support affidavits:

--2 from his family

--2 from mine

--2 from wedding guests

--6 from common college friends.

IM logs. (From June 2009)

40 Emails.

Wedding invitation card.

Engagement/wedding "congratulations!" cards addressed to both of us.

Phone-bills.

Letters.

Greeting cards.

Plane ticket to India/entry-exit stamps/Boarding pass

Tickets/hotel reservations for our trip to Puri, Orissa.

Hotel reservations for honeymoon.

Guest list at the wedding.

Email list -- to and from.

Facebook wall-to-wall posts.

Photocopies of our respective college degrees showing that we attended the same school.

Affidavits from both of us

Joint bank account statement.

2009 joint taxes.

Text messages from January 2008.

OFFICIAL DOCUMENTS/MISC: Interview letter. Passport/ voter card/ Ration card / Class 10+12 Admit card. F-1 visa, OPT EAD, I-20, US POE entry/exit stamps in the visa. Marriage certificate. PCC photocopy. Husband's birth certificate/driver's license/passport copy, my SSN card.

MEDICAL: Self-explanatory.

Some things like the bank statement might fall under bonafide evidence and financials -- so yes there might be some overlap. If someone has better idea on how to sort through the paperwork, I'm all ears.
