Proof of relationship (four pictures)

Proof of meeting (hotel receipt, and boarding pass)

2x passport photos each (hers and mine)

2x letter of intent to marry (hers and mine)

1x cover letter

I am missing something?

From the K-1 Guide:

11. Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen or a copy of ALL pages of the US Citizen's passport issued with a validity of at least 5 years or a copy of the US Citizen's naturalization certificate (front and back). This is used to establish citizenship.

My Fiance's (US Citizen) birth certificate had a small number on the back, apart from that it was completely blank, but we copied it anyways. Better safe than sorry!

they want to see what's on every page, whether blank or stamped.

Nope - Not anymore

Effective 6/12/09 the form has been revised to only one page (the previous edition is however still curretnly being accepted)

Using the new edition should help to save a few trees a year!

Are you really supposed to send two passport photos of each person? I know when you buy passport photos it comes with two, but I only sent one of me, and one of my fiance with my package. I never read anywhere that I was supposed to send two passport photos of each person... I hope that was ok...
