our friends (Shahabs wife) here are on appeal still, they got a lawyer because the people who did the field investigation, did not really investigate they just wrote a bunch of ####### down , without getting the facts, INS is getting hit with the facts now.

Sheila and sohail are still working on their affermation to they will get a decison in 30 days.

Nizzy your brother should be sending in one even if he does not qualify. The other one I-864 relates totally to the co sponsor. Make sure you send in his birth certificate or naturalization papers as proof when you submit it.

Thanks Mary! Everyone thinks I am a genius with these forms because I have gone through the process but the forms have changed and a lot of the rules are different from our K-1 case. Little do they know that the genius behind my knowledge is YOU! hehe...shhhh don't tell anyone...

just wanted to let you all know we had our AOS interview yesterday and all went well alhamdulilah - we were approved pending the FBI name check - the wait begins again.

sorry i've been so out of touch - I think of all of you often - just been really busy w/ work, married life, and oh btw, I'm 12 weeks along - please keep me and baby in your duas please.

01-23-06 I-130 Approved (via email on Friday the 13th) (Got to NVC 2/6/06)

01-27-06 Still Waiting - 80th day of A/R

02-08-06 You have got to be kidding me.......

02-16-06 Receive letter from Embassy to return with emails and passports! (DOS complete 1/12/06)

02-19-06 Flight from Karachi to Islamabad

we still trying and trying for baby shah, duas for us

Shon, Mo he got visa for Hajj dude in SA with wifey for a few weeks (coudnt get out of pk for over a year, now he traveling about) so hang tough girlie cakes

Im planning on going to pk for few months R and R with inlaws, get burnt out on working and director job , letting him handle for awhile

ggetting house transfered in both of our names.. Usual playing house husband and wife stuff here.

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.
