Hello,

my AOS documentation is ready to be sent in but my medical report is not yet complete as I need to complete the booster shots. i how ever want to mail the rest to the USCIS explaining that I will mail my medicals after I complete the shots. I am hoping my EAD process can be in progress while I do the medicals. is this a good thing to do?

No. It's a bad, bad idea, and I say that very gently. (F)

Absolutely not at all.

I'm not sure I understand what you're doing.

If your shots are complete TO DATE then see a civil surgeon and have those shots transcribed into a I-693. If you need to have shots in 6 months this doesn't mean you wait for 6 months. You need to be up to date at the time of filing which it sounds like you are.

See a civil surgeon to get the vaccinations transcribed and they will give you a sealed envelope with your vaccinations in it. Send that with the AOS and problem is solved. You do NOT have to be 100% complete before filing you just need to be complete TO DATE (you should however continue to make sure your shots are up to date just for your own benefit and in case it's needed later).

Nigeria sometimes doesn't schedule the shots well and many times you are in a hurry to get to the states. You pay on this side by having to wait until you finish the requirements. AOS is not something you submit half complete. You will just have to slow down a bit.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
