If 17 July receipt NOA2s are coming soon, then 19 July receipt date NOA2s can't be too far behind! I am beginning to feel something.....not quite sure what it is....it has been so long since I have felt it.....might it be, could it be, is it...excitement I feel? I'm thinking that perhaps it is... I will, hopefully, know for certain by the end of the week or beginning of next week!

You guys want to see a happy dance? Wait until we get NOA2....then I'll be "shakin' all over"! :P

I've got everything crossed that I can get crossed. RFE reciept on 18 July and a wedding date on 30 December, I desperately don't want to have to reschedule again. My family and my boss will have my head on a platter if I do...not to mention that I miss the SO!

Hopefully we can get the NOA2 this week and London can get a move on to get him here by the end of October. Anybody have any hints for the London Embassy?

I am in the same boat my friends. They have had my IMBRA RFE since July 12th... still waiting. It must be coming SOON!!! Like this week :-)

My RFE reply was received july 13 at CSC. NOA-1 was March 16th. So far, no NOA-2. Cross words, anyone??? pfft. all I know is I saw the movie, TITANIC. Some 100 year old wreck rusting at the botom of the cold Atlantic.....

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

July 11th and still waiting....yep, since march...I pray for a few more days like the 31st was....and I really hope to be in that approval list....it will be a deep exhale!

3/11/06 - 3/26/06 Visited my baby in the PI's

3/29/06 - K1 packet recieved at NSC

6/01/06 - Redirected to CSC

6/14/06 - CSC e-mailed confirmation on the reciept of file

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

7/13/06 - Touched

NOA2 September 11!!!

10/18/06 - Received at Embassy

12/23/06 - Recieved package with interview/medical schedule

01/08/06 - CFO interview/(pre-departure class) Complete

i wish this wait was over now

Mine is July 14th not a single touch since then :( .

I hope to get approved next week if not today or tomorrow :) .

I wish I had returned the RFE sooner. Sadly we had to wait until the 19th to send it back and they sent the confimation email on the 28th.... so I really hope they process my case sometime this month!

Anyone out there with RFE from around the 28th????

Yea! mine was July 28th, I have a unique situation though!! we'll see how it goes, I expect mine to be in late August early September.

06/30/06- sent I-129F petition to VSC.

07/11/06- NOA1 (received in mail)

07/19/06- RFE received in mail, IMBRA

07/28/06- e-mail, IMBRA RFE received at VSC

09/11/06- called VSC, told I'm with an adjudicating officer

09/25/06- called VSC, told to file expedited service, outside 60 days of RFE received date

09/26/06- sent expedited service request to VSC via fax and snail mail

09/26/06- Senators and Congressman making inquiries into my petition

09/29/06- expedited service request approved by VSC director

10/04/06- e-mail NOA2 approved!!!!!!

10/05/06- NVC received

10/06/06- NVC forwarded to Poland Embassy

10/16/06- Packet #3 received

However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.
