83 degrees and 56% humidity. It's bloody gorgeous here B)

But then again, would you want a VT winter?

YES!!! I love winter! The whole time I was in London this "winter" I kept waiting for winter to start. It never did... suddenly it was spring.

It was 98 F here today in southeastern michigan with humidity over 80%. I forgot to note the heat index. I cannot breathe.. it's 10 pm and my house temp stands at 91 degrees. I am worse than melting.. it is making me physically ill. Somehow I am supposed to be sorting things and packing but I cannot move.

I gotta say I was worried about our electric bill since we've been running 2 air conditioners and two fans, then two fans in the bedroom at night... Our bill is normally about $25 and our latest was only $45...so...whew! I thought it would be about $75...

Wow those are low bills...do you also have a gas bill or is that the only bill you have for running stuff in your house?? Our electric in summer is between $130-140, "winter" it's like $80. But we use only electricity, no gas.

It's exactly the other way around for us. With A/C in summer: around 75. Winters sucks :( 150.

And yeah, we have this thing where some companies are made to shut down when it's this hot during the day, but since I'm on third, we get to start up again in this cheapskate place with no A/C. It's a ###### plastics factory, don't you think A/C would ###### help, cheap f'in bastids!

Sorry. I'm going to lay off the wine and whine and go to sleep. :-|

Yeah, that's really stupid. My father in law works in a factory and they don't have any AC at all. No A/C but they can afford to pay their workers a bazillion dollars that most of them don't deserve because all they do is get drunk and high at work and not get in trouble because they're unionized.

But I'm not bitter!

There's just no happy medium, eh? Why can't it always be 75F, except for Christmas? That would be a perfect world.

LOL. Yeah, same here, except they don't pay us that much. I don't even get 6 an hour after all deductions.

I really need to move to a bigger town or the Twin Cities or something.

Or get into college.

Or move back to Belgium. ERGH!

I'd LOVE 40 degrees F. Seriously, I vowed ages ago to never complain about winter because I'd much rather have that extreme and 40 degrees is really no means an extreme to me. You can always put on more clothes to get warm, but you can't say the reverse for this insanity. :crying:

I love it. I'm surprised how fast I've got used to the weather here (EXCEPT summer, the humidity is way too much). Real winters with heaps of snow! Yay, Minnesota! :star:
