GAH! Yah, I agree. It was one of the reasons I was going to include the original IV coversheet with my RFE today, but EFF it. Its there. And someone will have to get our stuff where it needs to go.

So, my husband went on his own to get up to date on his immunizations so we dont get stuck paying for them at his medical exam which could cost a mint. They told him that the Hepatitis B shot for adults is administered in four seperate doses, which is carriecd out in a 4 month span  EH?? I hope this doesnt preclude him from getting his visa. Now another whole set of junk to worry about! He got poked in both arms and both "cheeks" poor thing...

That's gotta hurt.

7/12/2008 Filed I-130.

3/1/2010 Initiated Payment of IV Processing Fee says "IN PROCESS".

3/9/2010 IV Processing Fee says "PAID".

3/24/2010 DS-230 and civil docs received by NVC. Signed by K. StLaurent.

04/05/2010 Case complete @ NVC according to AVR. Sign In Failed.

5/12/2010 Hubby's Going to get Medical Exam done.

5/13/2010 Med Exam should be completed and picked up.

5/14/2010 Our son and I are meeting Hubby in Barbados.

05/18/2010 Interview date. :( No yes, but no no either!

05/25/2010 I DHL'ed the I-160 waiver, hardship letter, I-864, and supporting documents to Barbados Embassy.

They told him that everything is 100% but that they need a letter from me saying that i was not required to file for taxes. i sent it with a lady going to plaestine and my hubby will send it to the Embassy on Friday. she said after that no longer then 2 weeks ill get the visa.

Congrats MQ. Keep the faith darling- not much longer now. 2 weeks will fly by, watch!

Alicia - does the AVR update a new message to you ?

It updated on the 15th that they had reviewed and found missing or incomplete info. This was then confirmed by an operator that night that it was question 30. No RFE email yet, however.

Depending on your package, the ATTN line will read as CMR (for your DS230 package) or CMR AOS (for your AOS package) or DR (for your RFE response).

Check out the CDC website, the guidelines only require that the applicant be given the first dose of a mulitiple shot vaccination if they are missing it, they can only recommend that they follow-up with the remaining doses after arriving in America.

Stupid Number 30.. UGH.

Dont fret friend, as Sach said earlier, it will get where it needs to go eventually and without too much delay I am sure. Remember its still mid month and we have a couple weeks breathing room for all to get straightened out.
