Any news SJ? Did you try calling back>

I just called them back and got a real nice reassuring lady on the line who said the same thing all the other operators have been saying, which is that it may be in the building and that it takes a few days before its scanned into the system.

What kinda f*cking building are we talking about here? How many more days is it gonna rot in the mailroom before someone f*cking gets to it?!!

And why me? I am not saying this should happen to anyone, trust me, I dont, but why just me? Why are other people on the same timeline getting case completes while I am getting DS-230 missing emails? why why why???

Removal of Conditions:

07/02/2012 - Sent I-751 packet via USPS

07/05/2012 - Packet delivered

07/09/2012 - Check cashed!

SJ, I feel your pain. I really see a CC coming for you. Again, dont put too much into the operator. It may SEEM like its lost in the shuffle, but as we know, it could be reviewed or being reviewed and entered at the same dam time. You will be ok. I have a good feeling :D Stay positive (easy to say I kno) Look over your DS230 again and ensure e.thing is correct. This will relieve your mind a bit knowing that if all looks ok, then all your waiting for is a LIF and CC. No RFE!

I feel your anger  .

For my case AVR says document was received on March 5th but the operator has no record of it. Operator says the last package was received on March 1st which is most likely my AOS but they said they can't see information on what package it is. I think its just that NVC had a crappy week last week with the payment portal going down and all their systems kind of blowing up. I think even the AVR had gone down for a while.

Anyway my point is email, operator and AVR are all uncordinated at this point and giving conflicting messages. It can drive anyone nuts.
