from your timeline it shows you dont have your NOA 2 yet , so your still pretty much at the beginning

so like bobby said depands on why it failed ,

but if you dont have a complicated case

( no criminal convictions , your not an alcoholic or drug abuser , your not a sex offender or any kind of an abuser )
