I just notice seconds ago that I made a mistake in my G325 Form. In Applicant's residence last five years, I put a wrong year (i put 2004) instead of a correct year (it should be 2007). :bonk:

Is there any way how to correct this? Can I correct this on my interview? For sure this will be notice and I don't know what are the consequences of making this mistake.

Please help.

Thanks.

Well... at this point I would simply have a document ready to submit in case you get RFE.

Also make sure your girl is aware of this error and also has a copy of your statement declaring the error.

In my opinion, its not a major issue. Others may disagree...

I would also suggest you follow the don't ask, don't tell line and don't volunteer information.

Of course, if you are questioned on it, by all means tell the truth.

Learn from this issue and in the future, double and triple check all forms!!

Play it safe. Make sure you fill out and sign another G325. Take the new G325 to your interview and use it only if necessary.

I agree and disagree. As it is a simple date error, then I would hand over the amended document at the interview regardless. You're lucky that it's a single page document so it won't take long for the interviewer to confirm the rest of the information is the same and you can easily explain that it was a typo.

The reason I would hand it over (even without asking) is because you either need to continue the "mistake" or it will look like you lied on future forms. If you correct it at the interview it won't be a big deal, it was a typo and it doesn't mean you were living in a different country (which would matter because you'd need another police check), you just typed something wrong... like a spelling mistake.

**moving from "Philippines" to "K-1 Fiance(e) Visa Process & Procedures" as this is a K1 issue and not a regional matter**
