Hi Guys. I am about finished ( i hope :-)) with all the papers. And reading all of this i have two questions so far.

Medical that was taken in August 2009 is good enough yet for AOS?

And another thing, My wife's 19yearold son is still studying in Ukraine. I am not quiet sure how to go about his paperwork yet.

I guess i found one more question. Wifes last name is not changed yet.. they wont chenge it till AOS is done?

Hi DANU nice to see you moving along :-)

Medical is good for a year. So you're good on that end.

Regarding your wife's son, I'm not really sure, I think you should maybe file concurrently for him as well (as dependent of your spouse). But I don't know enough about that to be 100% sure.

if you went to see a CS after you came here it must be transcribed onto the I693 and you will have to send more than just the medical page from the I693 and it should be in a sealed envelope from the CS. - good luck - joe

Thanks Ivo and Cynthia! Welcome marijoe and everyone else too!!

Well, I thought we'd be getting our papers mailed this weekend....... My hubby got a call yesterday, however, from the Civil surgeons office....they LOST HIS BLOODWORK!!! He is going back by this morning to redo it but they darn well better expedite it and get us that paperwork SOON before I let someone at that office have it!!!

Sorry....rant over... It's just so frustrating when things like this happen when it's already such a long, hard process.

Hugs, Liz

Haha, I know how it is, I just had my checks cashed two days ago (but didn't know until yesterday because my bank updates so slowly).. Now I'm waiting for NOA1! The postman didn't have anything yesterday, so I'm really hopeful for today :) Good luck!
