I am a conditional green card holder (by marriage to a US Citizen)

1. I need to move for Grad school, and my wife (Employed US Citizen spouse) will keep everything under our name (we have been living together for 6 months now).

We plan to make trips back and forth to see each other and spend time together over the break.

2. I wanted to know if I could apply for my family (parents and sibling) to come and live with us.

You must petition for your family members. For parents and siblings you must be a US citizen.

I thought the USCIS passed a new law stating that US Citizens may no longer apply for siblings.

Is this correct?

There is no such change in the law.

That's correct.

1) You cannot petition for family members.

2) Your wife cannot petition for your family members

3) If you move away from your wife after only 6 months of marriage, you may have a hard time getting ROC approved.

Time to wait for your citizenship! Then you can apply for your parents and siblings. Though it'll take around 25 years to get your siblings here, but it'll be worth it right?

Thank you everyone for your responses.

I really dont know what to do.

I just cannot find a job in this city no matter how hard I try.

I think I have to look for jobs in other cities/start Grad school, or Im afraid my unemployment will start to affect my marriage.
