Hi Everyone,

My immigration journey is over, as a new US Citizen, after 3+ years, and reaching 3000 VJ posts. So it is time for me to take some time off as a regular poster on VJ and focus more on other things in my life, such as my family and especially my new baby.

Over the years, the VJ community has been very supportive, helpful, friendly, etc. to me during my immigration journey. I hope that VJ will continue to be this way for others too. :thumbs:

If there is one thing that VJ has taught me (and I hope that others will learn too) is that: "We're not just numbers, case files, paperwork, etc. Instead, we are all people, along the same immigration journey who are helping each other out. And in the end we just want to be reunited with our loved ones in America, and live 'happily ever after'!"” :)

"Life is like a challenging immigration journey!", as I like to say….. :star:

So don't give up along the way. Even though it may seem like a difficult battle against the immigration now, eventually it will all pay off and be well worth it in the end. ;)

2009 ( 4 Months) "Moved": New House Constructed and Moved Into.

2009 ( 2 Months N-400 Wait) "Naturalized": US Citizenship, Certificate of Naturalization. Goodbye USCIS!!!!

2009 (<1 Month) "Secured": US Citizen SSN Card.

2009 (<1 Month) "Enhanced": US Citizen NYS 8-Years Enhanced Driver's License. (in lieu of a US Passport)

2010 ( 1 Month) "Voted": US Citizen NYS Voter's Registration Card.

2/27/10 Received biometrics appointment letter

3/25/10 Received email notice that case will be sent for interview scheduling at local office

3/26/10 Received yellow letter asking to being more tax records/info to interview

3/27/10 Received interview letter (dated 3/24/10)

4/28/10 Interview appointment

6/5/10 Received oath letter (dated 6/1/10)

6/29/10 Oath ceremony date

Hi there, Thank you so much for what good u did, and it was a pleasure meeting u all this long, and Yes u deserve to get some rest especially with ur family because they are the most closest people in ur heart, and Yes very hard to meet someone who treat you good and leave you like this. but sometimes i feel we here more members, i feel we here as a family. if we have a problem we come and share our problem to each other and we get a pure solutions from good people, the one when we have a problem and we share it we see them crying for us Yes we cant see them crying but we can feel it from their Answers, the crys come from care and love. that means that is the real friend and real family and we should to respect this care and say Thank you so much for ur help :)

so Thank you again Ant+D+BabyA and i wish u a best life with ur beloved one .. But as a human begin living on a same planet, we should never say GoodBye.!!! Goodbye means maybe we will see each other again and maybe not!.. and its very hard for a sensitive human to hear it. who knows maybe we will meet one day. who knows, so make it See ya :)

Well Ant+D+BabyA , But u need to come sometimes to check see how is things going maybe u will help. dont have to come everyday but once a while. at least to keep in touch and not to cut the thread off :)

This board has been of great help to us, really not sure either why I am still here. But would never post a farewell letter, would just kind of fad away. Just spend a few minutes here each day, see that several live here, like 24/7.

You don't have to post a farewell if you like it here, can just pop in now and then.

So on that note.....

I *might* drop in from time to time to read a few posts and reply to a few posts....

BUT....You won't know when that would be.....(heck, I don't even know when that would be exactly...).....

It can be months, years, etc. later, until I post again.....Who knows....:whistle:.....

It will be a part-time basis surprise, I suppose...;)...

I won't be a regular VJ poster anymore...

Really, I do need to spend more time with my real-life family, as I mentioned before.....
