where should i start i have submited and i130 bak in november 6 2008 thats my reciept date and then it got sended to my local office on june 24 2009 ever since its beeen there i havent heard nothing i called they said i gota wait i dont know why but i didnt send wedding pictures with them i was thinking did anyone ever filed a 2nd i130 and whaht happen did it get approved first or what

I'm pretty sure that filing a second petition would have no effect as you have a current petition being processed.

02-01-10 : NVC receives case / Case number assigned / Gave e-mail addresses to operator

02-05-10 : Received DS-3032 & AOS bill / Sent DS-3032 (E-mail) / Paid AOS Bill

02-07-10 : Sent DS-3032 (Snail Mail)

02-09-10 : AOS fee showing PAID

02-11-10 : DS-3032 Delivered to NVC / E-mail confirmation DS-3032 (signed by JESUS)

02-12-10 : IV Bill generated

02-19-10 : IV Bill paid

02-26-10 : AoS package & DS-230 Sent

03-02-10 : AoS package & DS-230 received at 4:11am (Signed by RUDOLPH)

03-05-10 : AVR Updated - Received DS-230

03-16-10 : 3 RFE's received (Incorrect Police Certificate DS230 / I-864 / I-864A

05-20-10 : CASE COMPLETE & SIGN IN FAIL

05-22-10 : New RFE checklist received stating ONLY I-864A needs to be resent.

05-23-10 : Called NVC. AVR claimed our case was 'COMPLETE'

Are you the US citizen or the foreign spouse?

With local office do you mean the Yemen Embassy or an office in the USA?

You could contact your elected representatives to see if they can find out what is happening.

I would not file a second I-130, it won't speed things up and could confuse USCIS.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

hey i have been approved on october 2010 this what it say this petitin hss been approved. the person this pettiton is for will be notified sepertly when a discision is made based on his her pernding adjustment od statues.

can some one help they havent sended it to nvc and im in american citizen ad my wife back home in yemen this process been since november 2008 when i irst started i called them and it havent been updated on there system and i went to there office and they said they approved and call the nvc i called the nvc and said no they dont have it and they give me the run around what should i do should i hire a lawyer can some one help have they ever beeen through this

i never filed ajustment of statues for her cuz she outside the country and im us citizen

ok - so you don't have status on where the casefile is, but the petition is approved.

get an ISO -> http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5 via telephone.

an ISO can suss out what's what, in almost real-time.
