My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

congrats on the marriage. I think, to celebrate, would a great thing for you to fill out yer timeline, here.

Can you have the USC Spouse download all the forms for you , for the AOS package?

 Everything we did we did with the guides and didn't have any problems other than I used an older form for lifting conditions. Definitely read the guides!

Hopefully the OP got the SSN before the wedding. The I-94 is only valid for 90 days and they got married close to the 90 days. I can't remember exactly but there has two be a couple weeks time remaining on it when you apply. Now I think if the OP doesn't have it, they have to wait for the Greencard...I see this may apply to you as well.

I agree. Get a social security card. It will help you collect evidence of bonafide marriage such as joint bank accounts, etc.

Mc and R.kid..

You feel like 'going to an office', yes? Is good thing for you? Many people get the forms AND INSTRUCTIONS off the Internet, fill them out, make a submission via postal mail.

Maybe you should have asked, at Immigration, about 'how to do' for the forms? I think, if you had asked about that, you would have been 'told' about the Instructions for Filling out the forms.

Maybe. Maybe Not.

Congratulations on the wedding day ! How was the honeymoon? Hopefully, someone else has mentioned the AOS Guide Here on VJ.

Any snow where you live ? ;)
