we got married in march 2009 in morocco,may 2009 Isent to uscis in chacago when I came back to usa forms :I-130 plus G-325,also evidences... the doctor certificat that iam pregnant too,Igot the approve last october and they said they will ssend it to NVC.

can anybody tell me the discription of my case...and what Iam waiting for now...our son has 3 months now.

have your spouse call the NVC at 603-334-0700. All they will need is the case number to get a status there.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

i suggest you call NVC Hotline, get a human, inquire for case status.

If the casefile has been at NVC for more than 2 weeks, well - they NVC Human will send out a DS-3032 kit to you.

If you've NOT done any NVC processing at this point, well, it's time to start.
