1- in the i-485 part 1 says to write "current USCIS status", i came to USA with a K-1 visa and got married, now im aplying for adjustment staus, am i a immigrant, nonimmigrant,, resident permanent, or what? K1

2- in the same part it says "expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)" i don have a clue if means when expires either my visa, my passport, or my I-94. I-94

3-in part 3, says nonimmigrant visa number, wich ones is? the control number with 11 digits or the red number with 8 digits? Red number

4- do i have the fill the supplement A for I-485 form? Only if it applies to you. Most it doesn't.

5 the last one where and how can a get a vaccination supplement? I depends on whether your fiancee/wife needed extra immunisations. It could be the vaccination copy from the K1 medical or you may require the form I-693

i've call to the USCIS twice but they didn't give me any specify information,

PLEASE,any help, hint, advice anything will be appreciate. tnks

Moved from K-1 to AOS

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS
