AOS Interview Success

So we had our appt for 2 pm and we got there about half an hour early. We waited and waited and waited and thirty mins after our appt, we were called in by a young guy. He was very polite and apologetic about the delay. He asked for our ids, for my passport and I-94. Then he started to check info on our package...name, dob, phone # etc...He asked my wife is she had met my parents and what their names were; he asked me the same thing. He then asked for evidence of our marriage, we had a bunch of stuff....lease, insurance, bank statment. We offered more, but he said that we were good. Then he made some notes on our package and before we knew it, he said we were approved. It was out of the blue. We were there less than ten mins and most of the time was spent on him copying some of the papers and making notes. He said we had been married two years and so would get a non-conditional green card. I asked about my name check and he said it was all done and to wait for my card in the next few days. He stamped my passport, took my EAD and I-94 and said welcome to the U.S. It was such a breeze. I even joked about how he didnt get a chance to see our wedding pics, and he said maybe next time and apologized about being so abrupt !! Anyways, good luck to any of you who have interviews coming up. Break a leg. I am done with INS for the next three years.
