I sent my I-693 RFE back to them a week ago and got this email notification today

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing

has resumed.

On January 13, 2010, we received your response to our request for evidence. This

case is being processed at our NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER location. If you move

while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to

update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at

1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need

something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written

update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint

processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not

yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on

our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this

case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your

case with your new address or call our customer service center at

1-800-375-5283.

Does this mean that they have what they wanted and everything is back on track or this just a standard response to every RFE returned.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ahead of time

Todd

It just means they received your response, your case is no longer on hold, and they will let you know if they need anything else.

You're not on-hold anymore.

Best wishes for a speedy approval!

Can't we all just get along? Yeah, there are times when something might seem like common sense, but what's the harm in asking just in case? At times, it could be a difference between approval and denial! I would rather someone post question and receive a response confirming their thoughts than assume and be wrong.

I too find that some people on here are so quick to give out condesending, unhelpful remarks. I've had it myself. We're not all experts on here and are on here in the first place for help and advice. I don't know how far we would have go without VJ!! I think the OP deserves an apology too. If you cant say something helpful, dont say nothing at all.

These seem to be 'standard responses' - it may not mean that an adjudicator has reviewed your response. It does means they got what you sent, which is a good thing.
