america is full of sexual deviants and freaks.. many of them are going to make their way into tsa, the same way they've infiltrated the catholic priesthood in search of diсk....

i think we should all be mandated to buy terrorist insurance from aig and then have to take our chances on board. that way, if we get blown up by mukhtar muhammad al jalebi... at least someone will get paid.

because we clearly have no stomach for security. even the pat downs, someone will actually have to touch you down there :o what if they grab your crotch and rub it, ever so slightly. think of the children!

no.. security is just not feasible. insurance, however, is.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

A long time ago, in Engineering Ethics course, I learned of a case when an X-Ray machine was used for medicinal purposes. The doses of X-Rays were entirely software controlled. The technician would set the value of doses in the machine via a software controlled switch. Years later, they learned that a few of the patients that had undergone the therapy were developing cancer. They don't know why since some of the patient didn't develop them.

It turned out that there was a malfunction in the software that lead to the X-Ray machine injecting 100000x more dose of radiation to the patient than what was inputted into the control. There was a massive class action lawsuit.

I do not trust any machine that produces x-rays. It takes one power surge or spike to cause a chain reaction to produce ill-effects.
