It would make more sense making her a news reader, than a "contributor".

The only opinions you'll get out of her as a contributor are the stereotypical partisan mud slinging. On any national issue, she has demonstrably zero knowledge.

Think about that, a woman with "zero knowledge" (as you keep claiming) gets in a topics oriented debate... went fact for fact and issue for issue with a guy that has been dealing with this subjects for 30 years.... and she at least came out in a draw.

This is the woman who had to be given a crash course in international politics by campaign staffers because she did not know how the Koreas came about, that Saddam Hussein did not orchestrate 9/11 or who her son was going to Afghanistan to fight. Perhaps the campaign staffers who made those claims were lying - but I doubt it.

I don't wish anything - I'm just amazed that you're applauding this ignorant person (that's not an insult - she has shown herself to be blatantly ignorant of key issues) and that Fox giving her airtime for some sort of commentary/news show is something that should have informative value for you, the viewer.

Its says Palin has signed a multi-year agreement "to offer her political commentary and analysis across all Fox News platforms, including including Fox Business Channel, FoxNews.com and Fox News Radio. "

It said she will also participate in "special event political programming" for Fox Broadcasting.
