If I apply for AP and EAD with my AOS, do I still have to include supporting documents for the AP and EAD such as the I-94 copy, etc. or just submit the AP and EAD forms and rely on the other AOS documents to be enclosed?

do not rely on information contained in other filings.... submit complete packages that can stand alone

YMMV

Yes. Even though you're mailing them all in the same envelope, the three applications get split up and handled separately, and each needs its own copies of its own evidence. Yes, that means you need to send six identical passport photos in 3 sets of 2. Yes, that means three copies of your I-94, three copies of your K-1, etc.

Please read my thread here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=235331

Basically the people above are kind of correct. I have read all the paperwork and especially in the case of EAD, the paperwork states that you DO NOT send a copy of the I-94 with this paperwork if you're filing together with AOS. However like said above (and in my thread) I would prefer to send more information than less. They can always shred duplicates if they're not needed and this way you have a better chance of avoiding RFE's

Sorry, according to the paperwork instructions (not VJ, the ACTUAL instructions) Form I-94 is NOT REQUIRED with EAD if you file together with AOS.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-765instr.pdf

Specifically, page 6, "Required documentation", point 2 (A): "If you are filing for I-765 under the c(9) category, Form I-94 is not required"

but as stated above, it's probably better to, it's just not REQUIRED.
