thanks in advance!

Calling DOS would be if it was AP at the consulate. NVC has put their case in AP, so updates would come from NVC.

Montreal: BEAT!!! Approved!!!!!

Hi!! Well I really dont know if we r in AP but sure we r stuck at the NVC, Im trying to change my interview here in Spain instead of Bolivia, my home country. Last time they required proof of evidence that Im living here... My husband sent him an email and he also mailed him the proof. It was december 18, later they sent him an email telling him that they got the proof and now is under review or process or something like that. Maybe that is an AP, I dont know, since then nothing.. any email, call, just nothing!!! my husband calls them all the time but all he gets is... Still in process.. noone can say anything, nothing at all! Is so frustrating.. is all we need to get our case complete!!

I can´t imagine we r in AP and wait 6 months!! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, I really hope no!!

Good luck to u and update if something changes.

i am sorry to hear that, but are you sure that you are in AP ? In our case NVC operators never told us, finally when I spoke to supervisor i came to know.

Actually AP was not that long, it took 5 weeks for us, and they immediately they processed all our documents.

Good luck.
