Ours took 71 from NOA1 to approval at USCIS. Our entire process took exactly 6 months. Mailed I-130 on June 24th and hubby picked up his visa on December 24th.

Marriage: April 3, 2009

Sent I-130: June 24, 2009

USCIS received I-130: June 26, 2009

NOA1: July 1, 2009

I-130 approved: September 10, 2009

NVC received: September 24, 2009

NVC Case number assigned: September 24, 2009

Received I-864 bill/DS-3032: September 28, 2009

Paid I-864 / emailed DS-3032: September 29, 2009

I-864 Shows PAID: September 30, 2009

Receive AOS package: October 1, 2009

Returned AOS package: October 2, 2009

Still waiting for DS-3032 acceptance notification email!!!!!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!

FINALLY DS-3032 accepted and IV BILL invoiced: October 20, 2009

IV BILL PAID: October 20, 2009 (In Process on website)

IV BILL shows PAID: October 22, 2009

Ours took 132 days. Good luck! :thumbs: I'm thinking you should get yours soon. Keep checking with NVC. :star:

FYI: I have noticed that August 2009 petitions got faster NOA2's than others.

November 16, 2009: Sign-in Failed!!
November 16, 2009: December interviews already scheduled. Operator told me to wait for a possible January interview date. Call back in the 2nd week of December
November 30, 2009: Been trying to call NVC but line busy since late after noon. Finally, got email appointment letter from NVC with the Interview date of January 19, 2010. Yeppe Alhamdulillah>
December 24, 2009: Medical Done and report recieved the same day.
January 11, 2010: Medical submitted at VFS. They asked for: Copy of Packet 3, Appointment letter, and Passport. They told her to take a copy of I-864 and the documents submitted with it, at the time of interview with other proof of relationship documents.
January 19, 2010: VISA APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
January 21, 2010: Visa recieved in mail (Package included passport with visa stamped, sealed big brown envelop to be submitted at POE immigration at the airport, and instructions to apply for SS Card)

USA
February 07, 2010: POE Chicago --> Very easy, within 45 minutes
March 02, 2010: SS Card recieved in mail. Welcome letter recieved in mail as well
March 13, 2010: GC Recieved in mail

January 29, 2015: N-400 Application submitted

Sachinky, ours was approved after 158 days from the date of the NOA1.

I know how frustrating it is but don't worry much, you will get approved soon. just ready your things for NVC so you will be good to go as soon as yu got the NOA2.

113 days Sachinsky, you know i was loosing my mind before the approval. Maybe a couple of weeks is what is left and you may get a new year gift like myself and Ms Sheka got the christmas gift from USCIS. Hang in their girl soon the nightmare will be over, but pending the time express all your frustration here at times it helps.

NVC: CASE COMPLETE: Feb 3rd, 2010

INTERVIEW: Mar 12th, 7:00 a.m : APPROVED

mine was like 76 days from NOA1 to NOA2

Just hang in there girl..I was out of my mind when I was waiting for the NOA2 then I stopped checking everything online..then my hubby told me that he got the NOA2 and paid for the AOS billed..I was surprised...anyways, good luck girl! :blush:

Maybe this is just me but there seems to be a pattern.

NOA2s usually come around Day 21-30.

Day 45-50.

Day 55-60.

Day 75-80

Day 85-90.

Day 115-120.

And so on.

So say it's been 55-60 days since NOA2. Your next "window of opportunity" would then be Day 75-80. This would make sense if they did it one box at a time.
